A: There are maybe two problems:

1. Your CD-ROM doesn't support audio data extraction. In this case, SpeedBurn Disc Maker can't work at present. You can try other applications which support analog access method if you can play your CD with the sound card. The default CD-ROM type was set incorrect and doesn't accord with your CD-ROM;

A: You can add effects to any of your sound clips in SuperEZ MP3 Cutter and Editor Free by clicking on them. Q08: What is real-time MP3 encoding?

A: Total Recorder Editor Pro uses real-time MP3 encoding for cutting sound, which means all the middle data is stored in the memory, it will not cost any disk space for the big raw audio data. For some old computer (such as Pentium 100), the CPU speed can't meet the needs of real-time MP3 encoding, so you can't record to MP3 directly, but you still can record to WAV format first, then convert it to MP3.

Q09: How do I download HD videos from YouTube?

A: Click the "Config..." button and select one of the "HD" options (e.g. "HQ 37") or use "Best Available", "Default" "Up" & "Down" to arrange the options. Make the quality you want on top of the list and it will be downloaded if it is available.

Q10: I can't find the URL to paste into YouTube Downloader to download a video. Where is it?

A: YouTube Downloader uses the same URL to download the video that your web browser uses to display the web page. Look at the address bar of your browser near the top of your browser window and see the small YouTube logo and a URL such as "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XcLBRJ3rJts"? Copy the URL from there and paste it into YouTube Downloader and click the "Download" button to download that video to your computer. Note that this is not the information from the "embed this video" button on YouTube, e.g. "iframe..." or "http://youtube.com/embed/...". YouTube changed their website in January 2011 and the html code given by the "Embed" button will no longer work in YouTube Downloader.

Q11: Is it legal to download the online FLV video to my PC?

A: Yes, it is legal. When you watch an online FLV video in flash from a website (like YouTube.com), the video will be automatically downloaded to the "Temporary Internet Files" folder of your hard disk. That means that the file is saved on your computer while you watch the video and there remains until you delete it. Our application does the same thing and it allows you to choose the download folder. However, the downloaded FLV files should be for individual use only. We suggest you not to convert any authorized material.
